MIDA currently oversees the development of two industrial Parks, the Donora Industrial Park located in Donora, Pennsylvania, and the Speers Industrial Park located in Speers, Pennsylvania.

MIDA also works closely with other area industrial development agencies to promote the development of the many quality industrial parks in the Southwestern Pennsylvania region.

Available Rental Property

MIDA owns two buildings which total 53,000 square feet of industrial rental space. These buildings are located in the Donora Industrial Park. These multi-occupancy buildings house various types of manufacturers.




MIDA administers the Job Creation Assistance Program, available to qualified local businesses.
