MIDA currently oversees the development of two industrial Parks, the MIDA Industrial Park located in Donora, Pennsylvania, and the Speers Industrial Park located in Speers, Pennsylvania. The MIDA Industrial Park has over 30 companies located within the park. Approximately 40 acres remain for future development in the park which offers a river front view of the Monongahela River and rail service with Norfolk Southern. The Speers Industrial Park has 12 companies located in the park which has a small amount of land available for sale. MIDA also works closely with other area industrial development agencies to promote the development of the many quality industrial parks in the Southwestern Pennsylvania region. Available Rental Property MIDA owns three buildings which total 226,000 square feet of industrial rental space. These buildings are located in the MIDA Industrial Park. Much of this property is equipped with heavy capacity cranes and 40 foot ceiling heights. These multi-occupancy buildings house various types of manufacturers. Currently a 30,000 square foot bay with two loading docks, a drive-in door and two 20 lb. cranes are available. |
